"Good players do the basics well" - What are the basics?
  • Beat their opponent to the ball - Play IN FRONT of their opponent.
  • Body line the ball - Put their HEAD OVER THE FOOTY!
  • Keep their feet - Don't go to ground in the CONTEST.
  • Play accountable footy - they know where their opponent is AT ALL TIMES.

 








Team Selections  

Team selections are made at the Victoria Hotel, Cnr Keppel and Havannah Streets, Bathurst following training on Thursday nights.  It is each player's responsibility to notify coaches of unavailability.  It is also the player's responsibility to know where they have been selected to play.


Training

All players are to notify coaching staff before leaving the field, this includes for a drink or for attention to an injury etc. Players leaving the track without notice disrupts the drills.
